The County of Sutter project encompassed 19 buildings and allowed a staff of two to service all 19.

| As part of the project, Aircon Energy provided a maintenance software created by Pacific Wireless that enabled scheduling of preventive maintenance. Because of budget restraints, major mechanical retrofits were not going to occur. Equipment would only be replaced if there were catastrophic breakdowns. Performance contracting provided the county the means to replace the major mechanical equipment. Future catastrophic breakdowns will be drastically reduced in future years. Faser energy tracking software created by Omni-Corp was provided to allow the county to track the energy savings performance of the project.
