 Yolo County
Yolo County and Aircon Energy worked together to develop a program that met the county’s technical, financial, and procurement requirements. The comprehensive program included:
Complete lighting system renovations.
Countrywide heating, ventilation and air conditioning system replacement and retrofits.
Upgrades and enhancements to the county’s existing direct digital control (DDC) systems.

Capability for the county to produce it’s own electricity through cogeneration.
Other facility wide improvements.
Complete project funding will be provided by annual energy savings, annual maintenance savings, capital cost avoidance, and one time utility incentive/rebates that will ultimately self liquidate the project within a seven year simple payback scenario.
